In 2012, I completed my requirements with the State of Illinois in order to become a Certified Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager Instructor.

I have been in the Food & Beverage Industry for over 38 years and bring my years of experience into my training classes. My classes are full of passion, energy and I enjoy making learning fun! I teach classes throughout the suburbs including Carol Stream, Roselle, Leland, IL and surrounding towns. I also offer private classes for 3 or more people- perfect for restaurants wanting to keep their employees certified.
